According to “Murcia Today”, another step has been made towards opening the new Corvera Airport. The Spanish Government has now authorised the closure of San Javier airport on 14 January 2019, thus allowing the transfer of employees, suppliers, etc. from Murcia-San Javier Airport to the brand new facilities at Corvera Airport.
